Merideth McLain the Broker Associate and Property Manager has lived in Gunnison since 1985 and has been involved in real estate and property management since 1996. From hiking, biking and horseback riding to motorsports, skiing and fishing, there are opportunities for every season. Crested Butte and Monarch ski area host some of the best skiing on the Western Slope. There are many lakes and streams to fish on and don’t forget, Blue Mesa Reservoir is the biggest reservoir in Colorado with plenty of room for boating, water skiing and fishing.
Gunnison Colorado is also home to Western State College which has been turning out graduates for 103 years.
